On arrival at the Hunter Valley a private tour of 3 wineries is included concluding at Spicer's Guest House.

You’ll have a hard time choosing from all the vast array of outdoor activities available to try at Spicer's Guesthouse. The luxuriously appointed rooms at Spicer's Guesthouse each draw upon the natural colour scheme of the Hunter region as inspiration for their decor, you’ll really feel a sense of bringing the outside in, adding to the feeling of calm and tranquility of your whole experience. Enjoy an exquisite meal at Restaurant Botanica, renowned for its innovative and delicious cuisine with stunning views overlooking a private vineyard.

When you wake up, you’ll enjoy a lavish breakfast before traveling from Hunter Valley by limousine or private transport to Pearls of Australia, Woy Woy Oyster Farm to discover the rich history of pearl farming.
Followed by a trip to Mooney Mooney Pearls of Australia Sheller Door, where you’ll learn all there is about the perfect pearl and even have the opportunity to harvest your own pearl.
You’ll then be treated to an exquisite 3 course lunch with a choice of wine at Saddles Restaurant located in Mt. White before heading back to Sydney feeling relaxed and reinvigorated.

15 days or more prior to arrival – cancel with no fee
14 days to 8 days prior to arrival – 50% cancellation fee
7 days prior to arrival – 100% cancellation fee
